Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the HaulForza software service (the "Service"), provided by HaulForza LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to contract.
1. The Service
HaulForza is software: a multi-tenant trucking operations platform for managing loads, drivers, trucks, documents, driver payments, invoices, expenses, fuel/IFTA data and related operational reports. Reports produced by the Service are operational records, not accounting, legal or tax advice. HaulForza is software and is not a motor carrier, broker, freight forwarder, or factoring company.
2. Accounts and accurate information
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate company and user information and keep it up to date.
- Each company workspace is isolated; you may only access data for companies you are a member of.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- upload malware, probe, scan or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- scrape, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent plan limits or technical restrictions;
- deliberately register fewer trucks than you operate through the account in order to pay less.
4. Documents, AI features and accuracy
The Service can extract data from rate confirmations and other documents using automated and AI-assisted processing. You are responsible for the content you upload, for having the rights to it, and for reviewing extracted data before relying on it. Automated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a substitute for professional review. We may remove content or restrict features where required for security, legal compliance or repeated infringement, and we provide a takedown pathway for rights-holder complaints at support@haulforza.com.
5. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. We retain all ownership of the Service, its software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Plan, payment and subscriptions
There is one plan, priced in United States dollars (USD). It is $29.99 per month per company, including 2 trucks, plus $10.00 per month for each additional truck. Every registered truck counts, including inactive and in-shop trucks. A truck deleted mid-month still counts for that month.
For a company without an ELD, HaulForza may estimate trucks in use from loads, driver assignments, GPS, fuel, documents, and distinct unit or VIN references. If that estimate is higher than the registered billable trucks, we may notify the company and, after that notice, adjust the billed truck quantity. An estimate by itself does not change the amount charged. Deliberate under-registration can lead to suspension or termination.
New companies receive a 14-day free trial with no card and up to 2 trucks. After the trial the account becomes read-only until it is paid; view and export access remains available.
Pay securely by card through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Card payment starts on the in-app Plans & billing page.
Card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds for those card orders follow our Refund Policy.
7. Payment processing
HaulForza LLC is the merchant and seller for all orders. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. as the payment processor; HaulForza does not store full card numbers. For questions about a charge, contact support@haulforza.com.
8. Service level and warranties
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, deliberate under-registration of trucks, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Cameron County, Texas are the exclusive venue, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
